Originally from the Midwest, Dena’s family moved often during her childhood (seven different cities before graduating from high school!), but she’s called the Kansas City area home for many years. As the VP of Client Services, Dena leads the customer support, project management, account management and client onboarding teams. A proud “Gearhead” for more than 13 years, she and her team take pride in being the face of IRIS and providing clients with solutions that make their jobs easier.

Traveling, reading, figure skating (watching more than doing these days), bowling, hiking, spending time with family.
