To enable Meritage to meet the growing need, IRIS engaged the Converge and Resource Library modules available through GearBox. We provided an intuitive interface that made it easy and efficient for Meritage marketing teams to create both unique emails and nurture campaigns, meeting the demands of various marketing initiatives across all regional sales offices.

The ability of GearBox to create custom integrations allowed IRIS to leverage existing BDX feeds from realty.com to ensure that all marketing efforts utilized the most up-to-date information. Everything from sales price and home descriptions to floorplan and style-specific home imagery, along with relevant data points was instantly imported into marketing materials based on regions and the login credentials of Meritage users.

Additionally, GearBox integrates with the Meritage Homes internal CRM to allow for corporate users to instantly create multi-channel integrated marketing campaigns.
